Go Swagger is an online apparel brand specializing in personalised and customised T-shirts and clothing featuring family, sibling, friendship, zodiac, birthday, couple, and other emotional or themed designs.

2. Eligibility

If you are under 18, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, designs, and images as accurately as possible.
Actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, fabric, and printing processes.
As many of our products are made-to-order or personalised, minor variations in print placement, size, or colour may occur and shall not be considered defects.

4. Personalised Orders

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate names, text, images, and other customisation details.
Please carefully review all customisation information before placing your order.
Once production has commenced, personalised or customised orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or changed.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Go Swagger reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Go Swagger reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

Pricing or typographical errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Product unavailability
Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Go Swagger shall not be responsible for delayed deliveries or orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

Personalised and customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:
- Clear photographs of the product
- Order details
- A complete unboxing video (mandatory)

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed after verification by our support team.
